How should I care for my prints?
Giclée art prints will last generations but to maintain longevity:
- Avoid direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and windows. UV rays cause fading and discoloration
- Place prints in a cool, dry environment and frame it under glass
- If needed, dust gently with a dry lint-free cloth or feather duster
- Handle prints with clean dry hands or gloves
What type of paper and ink are these prints made of?
All fine art prints are printed on a high-quality, archival grade, acid-free, 100% cotton rag inkjet matte cold press textured paper. The Giclée print process ensures high color accuracy with vivid aqueous inks.
How do I flatten rolled prints?
To flatten rolled art prints:
- On a flat table and using the paper the artwork was rolled with for protection, carefully unroll the prints artwork side facing down. The protective paper should be at the bottom, touching the table.
- As you unroll, place a few heavy books over the sides and corners of the print until it lays flat.
- Leave undisturbed for at least a full day or until flat.

Can I have my art print shipped flat?
Yes, for an additional fee you can have your prints shipped flat instead of rolled. To do so, please choose "Free Shipping + Prints Ship Flat, Not Rolled" on the checkout page for an additional $7.

I ordered my prints a few days ago, why haven't they shipped yet?
All prints are made to order with a production time of 3 business days. Once production is done and the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number notifying you that the order has been shipped. Delivery may take an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location in the United States. Please refer to the shipping info chart here for estimated delivery times.
I'm located outside of the U.S., how do I place an order?
At this time I do not offer shipping outside of the continental U.S. but I hope to in the near future.
What is your returns/refund policy?
All art prints are final sale. I am not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time however if there are any issues with your order, please contact me at hello@krybabyart.com so I can further assist you.
